Hmmmmmmm

The white BMW 3 series has no occupants and is parked on double yellow therefore both owners are as bad as eachother.

Also, the registration for the 3 series doesn't seem to exist. Why would this be?

Hyundai Parked Obstructing Alleyway
To get past the black car, it is necessary to mount the kerb, creating a danger of damaging the low profile alloy wheel rims, ans also of scraping against the steel bollards, one of which is concealed behind the BMW.

If the Hyundai driver used any thought for other people, apart from avoiding parking all day on double yellow line, he or she would face the opposite direction and park much closer to the garage door. Obviously they do not do this now as it would be harder for them to get out of the driver's door.

Even then, it would still be causing an obstruction for emergency vehicles such as fire appliances, and for utility vehicles such as refuse trucks.
