Just before 7 o’clock on 13th November. Once again this tailgating little shit overtakes aggressively by Lancaster University (he regularly uses this as a race track) and is up the arse of he vehicle in front trying to make progress by harassment. I have seen his driving elsewhere and it looks as if he is in for an accident soon.
