Why would you shave down there? Or do you have yours looking like a 10 year old boys? The only guys who shave down there have tiny dicks and think it makes it look bigger.

Highway code junctions rule 170

•watch out for pedestrians crossing a road into which you are turning. If they have started to cross they have priority, so give way

In other words, don't fly around a bend onto a new road like a little cock, nearly run a young lady over and then mouth off out the window. It's ok if you and your boyfriend don't like girls, but learn how to drive you idiot.

I witnessed this in Reddish Manchester, the driver had stupid floppy curly hair that looked ridiculous, it's similar to what I have around my nut sack.

I see it with small groups or individuals. I never assume they know what they are doing. And if they are incapable of crossing the road properly then I would assume it's even more reason to ban drivers like the one in this report :)

I agree this can be a problem with large groups of people, but in this instance it was not the case, the road was clear and he came flying, thinking he was the big i am because he has 120 break in a Peugeot. Raise the driving age to 21 I say.

Note this is not directly related to this report.

The problem with Rule 170 is you get people who think it's a rule saying cross when you want..not when you should. I see no end of school kids who, when faced with a vehicle indicating to turn into a side road, will simply ignore the vehicle. In fact I ritually avoid driving or cycling during certain times because the scale of selfishness/ignorance/abuse you get is so high, even though you have done nothing wrong. They do not know the Green Cross Code and they only care for themselves, to hell with anyone else..
