He is the idiot driver looking at his lorry (which has a change of vest in it) that he got stuck under a railway bridge in Selby from following his GPS thus delaying train passengers who travel on the Hull to Leeds railway line (while engineers checked that the bridge had not sustained any structural damage in the incident) and blocking the road for an hour while the vehicle was removed.
