This driver was parked so far across the pavement in Blackrod that it would be impossible to pass on the pavement. I told the driver that she was breaking the law related to causing an obstruction and I would be reporting her to the police. The first words were "sure if you want, whats it got to do with you you sad bastard" A lot more words were exchanged as you can imagine. What an arrogant, ignorant person. I hasten to add this was outside a busy post office.
