Absolutely shocking driver. Wheels spinned out of the car park and managed to write off a BMW on the other side of the road.

Terrible driving technique, takes the "racing line" which is completely inappropriate on school lanes. Spotted doing donuts in the community centre car park, nearly ran Beryl over! How can we play bingo with that racket outside!!
