This vile woman parked her car to block people in wheelchairs from passing safely, then let an aggressive dog loose in a park with children in it. When confronted by a lovely man, she told the guy to wind his neck in before he warned her that her precious little dog wouldn't have a neck if she didn't STFU and control it. Sometimes it takes a firm hand to deal with out-of-control dogs (the woman, not her vicious pet). If you can't be bothered - or are too stupid - to train recall in your dog, at least have the decency - and intelligence - to keep it on a lead.
Oh and her excuse for her aggressive little dog? "It just wants to play". First off, I don't care, I'm not the dog's family, I don't want to play with your pets, secondly, no, an aggressive dog that is barking and growling does not just want to play, tosser!
