Very loud exhaust modification on a little engine..modified to such extent that the car gives a constant (illegal?) whine, even on low revs. Car also has WBA football sticker in rear window, partially obstructing rear view.
Driver. Do you honestly think your constant engine whine is what people want to hear? You may well be the centre of the universe in your own self-infatuated brain; however that is not an automatic right to make other people's lives a misery. One day you might hopefully mature enough to realise attitudes like yours are a blight this country. Stop disturbing the peace.

Must be a shed of shit I understand your point with sticker affecting view but in a legal sense there nothing can be done, if it’s both being used and not taxed moted or insured then get on dvla website and report it for no tax

@ Andy because the vehicle has been heavily modified to make this noise. Even when idling you can hear it from afar. And the sticker.. good luck trying to see a cyclist with that plastered over much of the rear window. Yes, you might be right in the legality but from a common sense perspective obstructing your view to this extent is not a good idea, is it? But the main issue is the noise and the tax, MOT and insurance controversy. Another self-infatuated brat who thinks the rules of the road don't apply to them..

cars carry same legalities as a van for rear view as long as there’s two functioning useable wing mirrors you don’t need to see through any rear windows you could paint them all black if you wanted
