This driver is an old man. He crashed into my mums car whilst she was in an appointment and her car was parked (I was sat in the car). Whilst trying to park he hit the front of my mums car, he then reversed with a lot of speed and almost hit a lady who was walking on the pavement behind with a man who had to pull her out of the way quickly as she almost got hit but the car. He then re-attempted to park the car and hit it again and by this time I was out of the car ringing my mum to come out and I tried to speak to him. He wouldn't stop the car till I knocked on the window and when I told him he had hit the car his reply was "did I? I don't remember hitting anything" and then I showed him and he was quiet for a minute. I then told him I needed his details and took a picture of his number plate and where he had hit it on my mums car. Whilst I was getting his details he seemed like he wanted to get it if the place immediately and my mum came to see where her (new) car had been hit, and because his foot was on the accelerator the car moved forward and bumped my mums leg and I had to pull her to the side and raise my voice with the man and tell him to stop. After the details were taken he sped off into the main and possibly forgot why he was in this carpark in the first place. This man was old and I believe he is a danger to himself and other drivers and pedestrians around.
Something I noticed about his car was that his left side mirror had been hit off but selo taped back on- indicating that he may have had previous incidents.
