He was attempting to overtake me. I was following a vehicle in front and did not cross the stop line. I stopped behind the vehicle I was following he decided to try and push in. He was revving to intimidate me, yes. I never went near the stop line so therefore I didn't break the law or do anything wrong.
He should plan ahead better and not do a MGIF.
He's the red car, black car is the car I was following. I was the green.

What's wrong with him coming along side you? If he stopped at the line, and you filtered in front of him, you crossed the red light, so are in the wrong. He probably revved his engine because you had a go at him for doing something wrong, even though he didn't, then you were in the wrong for jumping a red light.

I was cycling along approaching a set of traffic lights that were clearly on red when this male driver in a blue Mondeo decided to come alongside me. Very poor forward planning from the driver. I then stuck my hand up at him like "WTF". He then did the "What did I do?" gesture with both hands off the wheel so I pointed to the red light. I filtered in front of him as the lights were still red. He tried to intimidate me by revving his engine. Further on, he passed me shaking his head.
This guy cannot plan ahead and then gets angry when you point out his error by trying to intimidate vulnerable road users.
