Well I work for this woman and she's nasty at work so no suprise she's on here. Very dangerous woman as said in other comments she will just flip out in front of staff and shout at them may I add in front of service users.
Staff scared of her but my senior managers believe the first line managers and don't care what is going on lower down.

There are two identical cars in Preston with this registration plate. I passed it heading to Preston from Blackpool. However the same reg number pulled out of Swansea Street Preston as I entered Preston. As it's impossible for the car to turn around and come back to Preston in that time it's obviously a fraud. Young thin driver I passed near Kirkham turn off Moira a fat old driver at Swansea Street. This is car cloning, perverting the course of justice and fraud. How can a car be heading to Blackpool but also coming out of Swansea Street a few minutes later when impossible to get back to that location? It was heading opposite direction to me when I past it so physically impossible it could be back in Preston before me. Alleged owner Moira Clayton 20 Swansea Street Preston. Number of cloned cars......? Police please investigate

This vehicle has been seen on many occasions stalking people around Preston Lancashire a fat female driver with glasses. Often parked on Swansea street. Drives round blocks 4 or 5 times past same people. Very odd behavior from her including driving around areas with street lights full beam on intimidation by using horn revving engine etc. Watch out cuts people up. Not sure what's going on but car nearly hit me other day due to her looking away from road and not seeing me on my motorbike as she drifted to my side of road.

I was delivering urgent medical items so I I'm switched on to suspicious behavior as it could be casing me for robbery that's why I noticed her erratic strange actions. However she was interested in someone walking in the street as she slowed down to have good look at him. It was late on so I hung around as it seemed sus. Once she pulled up at an address I left. Put on here in case someone needs me as witness.

Report her to police. Following people in her car they can find her and have a word. Is she following you on motor bike or have you just noticed her odd behaviour. Defo get on film it could help someone if she's a oddball and stalking them or whatever.
