This idiot on his scooter overtook me at speed when I had stopped at a zebra crossing in Folkestone this afternoon at about 2.45pm.He narrowly missed hitting a woman who was crossing with a young child in a pushchair and a toddler at her side. Fortunately she stopped just in time otherwise I am sure she would have been seriously injured. He then went on to overtake a lorry at speed on the wrong side of a central reservation. A very dangerous motorcyclist!
