This Black Ford Ranger came up behind me at speed on the chevening road in chipstead as I was travelling towards the amherst primary school up the narrow one-way hill. As we reached the top he overtook me at speed, squeezing between parked cars on the right. All at a time that children and parents were on the paths and crossing roads. This man is a seriously dangerous driver. Please watch for him and stay clear, I have seen him pull out of Packhorse Road in chipstead, where I believe he lives. He is very aggressive and I do not recommend approaching him.
