Where is your proof that the dashcam car sped up?
Did you ever understand at school that the turning circle on the inside is less distance than that on the outside?
Yes you can't see the second car speed up and where it was as the vehicles followed the bend but I don't see why the uploader would of wasted time and effort in uploading if it was questionable.
