Really me2u2me? At that speed and that distance there is about one quarter of a second gap. So you think the lorry driver could anticipate a stone flying up and cracking the cam car's windscreen. An animal running onto the road. A plastic bag flying up. The cam car driver sneezing. Any of which could cause the cam car to at least slow momentarily if not brake.
If you think it is acceptable to drive for 5 minutes like that then please hand in your licence to the DVLA.

Ever thought that the HGV driver is able to see over your vehicle and anticipate what other traffic ahead is doing?
Yes it was close (ish) but to distract yourself by turning your dashcam around (or whatever) is just as stupid
