Speeder and tailgating perv up my backside most of the way on the A586 and decides to overtake in Churchtown when I was doing about 30 (speed limit) and he did in excess of 40. Caught up with him at Cabus lights as he turned in towards Garstang do his impatience didn’t get him there any faster.
