A close pass on the A49 at Cuerden, was this 1.5metres also I was travelling at 20mph!

Have you got a video please? It does look close. Did you maintain that position throughout?
Sometimes when you move to secondary someone will try to pass even if there still isn't enough space and even if there's solid while lines. I tend to find that the more you do this the more you are likely to be close passed. It's clear in this image that, even if you were in secondary (and closer to the debris on the side of the road), the pass would have still been illegal.
