What a dozy tart. One of those irritating drivers who goes slow as fuck when the car behind can't overtake because of oncoming traffic and then once it's clear to overtake this idiot then puts their foot down only to then let off as soon as oncoming traffic appears again to block any overtake ... then starts randomly hitting the brakes on a long straight with nothing ahead.

This kind of driver isn’t a dozy tart but a dangerous driver who needs to explain their driving pattern to a magistrate. I come across this kind if behaviour quite frequently and to me it’s just conducted out of spitefullness - there’s no other reason for it.
