Did you ever consider that the rider might be disabled and does have the use of a Blue Badge?
And if he did - where would he display the Blue Badge?
Now e've got that out of the way I'll answer some more issues
If people didn't abuse the Disabled Parking would the rider have anything better to do?
Isn't it better that at least he is shaming those Disabled Parking abusers because the stores, the councils and the police do absolutely nothing?
Don't get triggered.... I don't go out of my way to catch Disabled Parking abusers or driving whilst using a mobile abusers and similar but when I do catch them them get uploaded (sometimes challenged) but if I don't challenge/shame them who will?
If you don't break the law or abuse "the system" then you've got nothing to worry about and your regd will not be up here

I have seen this guy before on my travels around that area and yeah he does this a lot as he usually uses the excuse that he is trying to find a space for his bike.. Look behind him as plenty spaces available.. He usually has a couple of hidden cameras on him and his bike

Parked in disable bay then this blue badge hunter parked up and decided to look to see who did NOT have a blue badge, Good in a way i guess but love how he himself stopped in a disabled bay, But good on you mate
