This was originally reported to Lancashire Police, but they decided to victim blame instead, I succinctly placed an official complaint against the Police.

Erratic driving through Lancaster changing lanes abruptly and cutting across without indicating. Pushy driver - seems in a hurry but at a price to others safety.
