Reckless driver, almost causing an accident with a Fiat 500, driver of the Land Rover decided to drive on the opposite side of the ride as the Fiat was turning into a side road and almost caused and accident. I follow the driver to get his plate and then he almost did the same thing again further up the road with another vehicle at a T junction! Reported to 101 with evidence - Warrington (Mill Lane and Alder Lane) at 17:45-17:50
