Let me ask, how much room does a cyclist need? IF its 2 metres, then maybe a bit tight. If you need that much space, you cant ride. keep off the road before you get hurt

A cyclist needs a minimum of 1.5m between them and the passing vehicle - that's as per the HC, and the criteria used by police forces when judging a video submission like this. It's up the driver overtaking to give that 1.5m, not the cyclist being passed. 2m from the kerb to the passing vehicle will not give the cyclist 1.5m. Do you really think this pass is acceptable, would you be happy for yourself or a member of your family to be in that gap? If you do get your eyes tested, and in the unlikely event you've got a driving licence surrender it before you injure someone.
