Just confirming that according to official checks the vehicle is NOT taxed. I still cannot believe someone would park that thing there and this it's OK. Alas if it's done once well, what's the chances it will be done again only next time the cops WILL be on the scene..

Call the police. Say there's a lorry driver apparently trying to drive the wrong way around a roundabout, refusing to move. Lorry also appears to be untaxed!
