Not only should he be jobless he should be banned from driving then have to retake his driving test.
But let's not forget our current judicial system where the victims are second best and the criminals are looked after. Maybe he wasn't breast fed or he was one of 12 siblings all with different fathers who never took responsibility

What the hell is his problem? He tries to cut in front of another lorry.. he of all people should realise these things can't stop on a dime. Oh, but I'm indicating so that makes it right? No, it does not. It merely declares your intent, not your right. You can see the cam driver trying to slow down, but cannot do it in a safe and practical manner. The only thing I would say to them is maybe approach the area a bit slower so as to avoid jerks like the one shown..
