Many thanks to the 'driver' of the above-mentioned Home Bargains wagon on the A580 East Lancs at around 2pm today for deliberately blocking both lanes of the carriageway, starting from the 800 yard sign all the way up to the inside lane closure just before the Haydock roundabout. (Well, I assume he was driving and not just busy masturbating).
