Is this the correct reg? Apparently That car has not been taxed since 2004. Prick does it again? Ride into a garage or busy area blasting the horn - get witnesses and report the prick to the police.

This guy is an aggressive and dangerous driver who bears grudges. He took umbrage at the fact that I was only prepared to push it to 60 in a 50 limit, there bring no third lane for him to overtake.
The next 30 minutes contained him driving close next to me shaking his fist and finally swerving in front of me and braking sharply.
Needs therapy and a 12 month ban to cool down.
