I uploaded this pic. I understand disabled drivers can park on double yellows. The point I was making is that there was plenty of room on the double yellows ( I apologise if I did not make that clear before) but this driver decided to block my car boot which was totally unnecessary and struggled with 2 young children and shopping. I had a car parked up close to me at the front legally on a tight double parking space only just big enough for 2 cars and struggled to get out. i couldn't have a word with the driver cos disabled people can park for 3 hours where as I only had 30 mins. Too many perks for disabled drivers. Free car parks...priority parking spaces near all shops...3 hour non returns ... Double yellow parking...free road tax. Yet some disabled drivers still take the piss. I sympathise with disabled drivers but I'm considerate to them I would expect the same in return. Just couldn't understand this persons reason for being So close my bumper knowing he/she were going to block me in.
