Typical Landrover driver
Don't clear all windows/vehicle after snowfall before driving off and although has been advised not to drive/travel unless absolutely necessary wants to try to prove his vehicle is up to the job << not the sort of driver I would want to meet on the road.... lacking intelligence and understanding

I watched the video, and apart form snow on the bonnet, don't see what he did wrong. Also noted that he reversed to let a bus pass, maybe the buses should not be driving in snow rather than a land rover. Anwyay arn't land rovers built for this sort of behaviour, I suspect his race has more to do with your comment then driving in the snow.

While drivers who don't correctly clear there car is also a pet peeve of mine, I really don't see your need to post this rubbish here. Even though the driver also seemed a little unconfident on the road, there's no reason not to go out driving. As for all that crap about not going out in the snow and slating people who do, perhaps it is 'you' who should stay home, there was only a couple inches of snow. I went out constantly last week in over 7 inches of snow, in a 2wd car, as did everyone else getting on with their lives!
