I know this driver personally and was shocked to see him exiting the black bull pub with friends quite intoxicated and proceeded to drive whiles under the influence I feel an importance to protect people from drunk drivers especially this driver because he failed to stop for red lights on several occasions

I was riding my bicycle in the bicycle lane and He nearly killed me the he was swerving in and out of lanes i think he was drunk
