Caught this driver this evening at 9:35pm driving erratically - swerving left to right all over the road... driver then slowed down to very slow speeds through 30-50zones... in 30 zone car was being driven at 22mph and in 50 zones car was driven at 34mph. Kept breaking constantly, then was swerving erratically again... police have been informed. This was on Otley Road in Leeds.
