J, get photo's and call the police. Post a video of the vehicles from a public street and share it.

The problem here as I can see it, is that you're posted what may possibly be private details associating these vehicles with someone's address. I would not recommend doing so. Post the street only. I'm not trying to defend illegal, dangerous vehicles. I'm tying to keep this topic alive .. :)

Untaxed / no MOT chavmobile. The owner parks outside Stannington Road, or on Woodland View Road, or outside Butler Road, all in Sheffield S6. Associated with other untaxed / no MOT vehicles YY54 XTF and J33 SHR (both Mazda RX8s). Seems like this little scrote has a collection of these things.
