*Not that women aren't capable of dealing with it. Just blokes being blokes etc..the guy sounds like a typical child bully hiding behind a metal box. And statistically that kind of moron usually ends on other reports including you tube video's. Report it to the police. If he does it again call the police then keep your hand on the horn to alter attention. Drive to a garage forecourt or police station doing to the same. Let's hope next time he does it to a bloke and ends up with a slap.

This guy is a complete bully, after I beeped my horn as he almost crashed into the side of my car pulling out of a lane and not looking, he then drove through a red light to chase after me then slowed his car down to block me in behind a parked car to roll down his window and lean over a child passenger in his car and scream and swear at me (a mum with her 2 young kids in the car)! This lasted over 5 minutes before he drove off after a queue of traffic formed behind him!
