The owner of this vehicle left a poor dog in his car from 6pm to 10.30 in the morning in Scarborough in freezing conditions, without bedding, food or water. The dog had vomited and gone the toilet, when approached by concerned citizens he was abusive. Dog wardens currently looking for this man!! If you know who owns this vehicle please contact them.
