Only out for themselves, a total disregard for other road users. This driver is unaware of other road users and is not familiar with the rules of a roundabout. He did not give way to the right and pulled out hard on me while I was on a roundabout. Watch out for this guy. and be aware of his limited knowledge of the highway code.
