Greasy haired witch who didn't want to wait in a long que of traffic, so she stuck her indicator on, pretended she was overtaking the traffic to turn off into another lane....but then when she got to the lane, turned her indicator off and quickly nosed in infront of me.

If you had just said 'thank you' with your hazards or your hand... I wouldn't have done this.
