Doesn't understand what a slip road is and nearly caused a fatal accident on A27. Decided to drive to the end of the slip road without merging and then slam on brakes as he pulled out causing vehicle on the carriageway to come to an almost complete stop with free flowing 70mph traffic.

The driver then aggressively gestured out of the window multiple times as if there was a fault of the driver already on the carriageway..

Should not be driving.
