You've seen what they are like in a car - no imagine what they are like on a dark street. Don't even engage with them by talking to them - let the horn do the talking. Furthermore what do you think the police would do? You're swearing, using offensive hand signals mate..my guess the police would do nothing and may possibly have a word with you about your behaviour.
There are no shortage of people who take their aggression out on the roads. By acting like this you are preempting that aggression - you must rise above it if you wish to seize the moral high ground as well as stay safe.

Specifically, the proximity of the cam driver to the car in front. What was the reason for continuing to get closer? The speed was slow and I feel the cam driver could have braked even in a 40-ton lorry. However I still feel this in no way justifies the actions of the driver in front. Just my 2c.
