DHJ Driver. There were plenty of opportunities for you to move over but you chose not to and decided to stay in lane 2 and hog it. You continued to stay in that lane continuously over the next 3/4 mile before you finally managed to overtake the car in the distance in front on the picture and even then you stayed din lane 2 the whole way.
No false story being told. Just think you admit to being a driver in need of education.
