What the hell has this person been smoking? Couldn't pass half the speed limit. Didn't help there were half a dozen dead heads following who were all too scared to overtake, probably because the twat couldn't stay in lane. At least 50 vehicles stick behind this moron, including a tractor. Shouldn't have a licence, period. And it drives all round Europe embarrassing the English too!!
