The car you overtook was driving perfectly sensibly, slowing down for the speedramp as you enter the 30 zone. I'm hoping the footage from this vehicle will be accepted as evidence against you. The road is used by others, including cyclists, horse riders, residents pulling on and off driveways, and you cannot keep driving like that.
