Cyclist was at fault here. He doesn't pay any road tax and isn't insured. Cyclist should pass a test and get some road tax before using our roads. Until then, I'll keep ramming them off the road and knocking them off

Nobody pays road tax in the United Kingdom you absolute fucking retard. What I think you are referring to is vehicle excise duty which is based on emissions. Some full-size hybrid cars are exempt from vehicle tax so why the fuck should cyclists have to pay vehicle tax? Oh and as for insurance I have insurance ! Passing a test to be able to cycle Would be a breach of our common law right of travel (look it up). Car drivers past tests and some of them still drive like fucking twats. I hope I see you on the road when you're stuck in traffic, I'll kick your fucking wing mirror off your car .
