Incredibly dangerous manoeuvre just witnessed in a country lane in Devon. Amazed there wasn't an accident.

An erratic driver, driving over the speed limit (50MPH), dangerously overtaking the red car on a bend, heading towards Shellbrook, near Ashby de la Zouch. Close inspection to the attached photo shows that the driver is a young man, with a passenger.
