I ask everyone who sees this photo or has their own evidence to report every incident to your local councillor.

If everyone did this then I'm sure that after the GE these councillors will be sick n tired of them and eventually some will have had enough and attempt to get the law changed.

London and at least two other cities have the law to stop pavement parking...why are they so special?

There are existing laws/rules that should stop this but the police will not enforce them so we have to put pressure on our local councils and the government to change existing laws so that our councils can enforce them
