I didn't "decide" to emergency stop, I had to as you pulled out in front of me!
As for me speeding up, how could I have sped UP from 18mph to 13mph - that's SLOWING DOWN!

This dozy cow pulled out in front of me, she could have clearly seen that I was coming, yet she didn't even look - she just pulled out with not even an acknowledgement to say sorry. I tooted her and she had the fucking cheek to have a go at me!!! As I always take this route I was NOT indicating left so she had no reason to pull out. Probably going home taking the little shits from school.
Thank fuck I was driving at 13mph so I could do an emergency stop and also that I have 1080p HD dashcams. Sorry if I seem pissed off but she could have very nearly caused a head on collision with me.
Watch where you're going as if I'd have been a motorcyclist it could have been a hell of a lot worse.
Do yourself a favour and retake your driving test.

It is a crappy bit of a road junction which is why I always go that slow, in case anything happens I am going slow enough to be able to react in time.
Didn't scare me that much as at that bit of road you kind of anticipate somethings going to happen, I was just more annoyed that she didn't look my way before pulling out, didnt acknowledge her pulling out and had the cheek to have a go at me (I didn't say or do anything back - I was just trying not to stall the car!)
My front cam caught the action but not the number plate but my rear one caught her number plate clear as crystal. I'm glad I got the back one put in now

I'd recognise this Basingstoke road anywhere. Regularly see some scary pulling out here. Stupid yet, she just joined a queue for the traffic lights. The moment those traffic lights went green she'd have had plenty of opportunity to pull out and get on her way. I'd guess she thought you were turning in there - never ever assume at that junction. Hopefully didn't scare you too much!

As if her pulling out and nearly causing a collision isn't bad enough, she tops it off by telling you to slow down. What is it with these people who can't even say sorry when they make a mistake? On second thoughts it sounds like this wasn't a mistake and was actually deliberate. Drivers like her shouldn't be allowed on the road. Her poor kids have a rubbish role model.

If people weren't so arrogant on this road then I wouldn't have to pull out at a speed, I waited at that junction for 5-7 minutes and no-one let me out.
You were not going 13mph you were going nearly 20mph (baring in mind that is turning the corner)
Pig ignorant people like you need to take your test again, I pulled out in the correct amount of time and you clearly sped up and then decided to "emergency stop" when you were closer to me.
As for your comment on the children in the car, go fuck yourself. If you have children I feel very sorry for them.
