Terrible driver. Goes 48 in a 30 (8 matched speed and felt VERY guilty doing it), cuts every corner, doesn't look at junctions he's merging into (which means he drives into oncoming traffic), has piss poor lane discipline and veers into other lanes on roundabouts. This guy is a genuine hazard. 2024 plate car and already dented bodywork. Clear signs of someone who shouldn't have a licence.
