The driver of this vehicle (black Vauxhall Zafira) overtook me at speed on a small roundabout outside Harwell Research Establishment at about 4.05pm. Then proceeded to tailgate another driver in an area of roadworks crossing the A34, before conducting short-cut u-turn (to the sound of screeching tyres) in the same set of roadworks. Worst couple of minutes of driving I have witnessed for a long time
