This idiot, unfortunately in a Subaru, decided it was time to stitch people up for a laugh and then take the p*ss out of them whilst doing it.
He sped up the inside lane of a line of traffic in the right lane, that was ahead, indicating left, and trying to switch to the slow lane. He then basically sat in the way of traffic refusing to let anyone in. He then, for no reason at all, towards the end of the road, sped up, undertook, and cut across right in front of everyone back to the fast lane, then slowed down attempting to block anyone else changing to the same lane too. No regard for safe distances was performed (he nearly caused a pileup through blindly slowing down and also nearly shunted someone else when switching lanes).
Somehow I think he was unaware of all the idiotic things he was doing as he seemed to only be interested in 'having a laugh'. He then subsequently tried to distract the people he stitched up, as did his ugly teenage-looking passenger, by gawping at people with their mugs like they were joy-riding rather than driving with regard for other road users.
In summary, the driver was clearly too immature to be driving a Subaru. He seemed to be showing off to his passenger and trying to provoke an accident out of some sick pleasure and boredom.
If you own this car, well done for getting yourself on here. Now quit trying to distract drivers, quit blocking people off, and quit trying to cause accidents or you'll end up here more than once and possibly on record with the police with video footage. Ask yourself -- was it worth it to end up here? Also, stop tarnishing the good name of Subaru with your crap driving and go and get a car that matches your horrendous skills!
