Big respect to dashcam driver
Maybe the local police would take interest in viewing this footage
And hopefully take the car and scrap it as I doubt they'll get to know who was dangerous driving behind that steering wheel

I think it would have been better for the cyclist to stay in primary rather than secondary. Luckily the driver behind was skilled enough to understand and respect the "give cyclists plenty of room" requirements, but a lot aren't. I agree, the driver filming deserves credit for the way they handled this situation..the Mini? It deserves to be sold, or turned into Pepsi cans..

Can I just say to the driver with the dash-cam.. THANK YOU for giving the cyclist room. It really means a lot, honest.

I really don't know what was going through the Mini driver's mind but it's clear that was not the place to be over-taking, regardless of whether there was a cyclist; the Mini literally cut you up and forced you to brake hard. Worse, they do exactly the same again and end up being horned by the cars in front. That driver has some serious mental problems..wouldn't be surprised if it was stolen and/or they were on drink/drugs. One thing I know, I think you probably saved that cyclist's life..

Again, thanks for caring. It's drivers like you that make the world a better place. Take care mate.
