Just witnessed this driver in McDonalds car park Strood, Kent hit and run. He hit another vehicle, ripping off his own rear bumper, before shooting across the car park, driving through the red lights onto the main road and tearing off with his bumper dragging along behind him.

Idiot driver throws rubbishy out his window and then gets upset when somebody tells him off for it. He then hits another car and drives off, damaging his own bumper in the process. Hope it was worth it.
