It is a bald asian man. And he is absolutely rude to other drivers and he is very aggressive towards the public as it is clearly seen in his reckless driving. I was coming behind him and it was a two way track and he drove in the middle so i had flashed at him politely requesting him to move but he did not insist on doing. Instead of moving he stopped his car and got out and showed the yanking sign to me and he was using absolutely disgraceful language. I did not respond to his poor behaviour. He then carried on travelling im front of me and he tried making sudden brakes unnesescarilly to make me get shook and bang into him. Then he came to a pedistrian crossing and he did not stop to let the person cross and instead of that he drove of in an very high speed and the speed limt was like 30mph and he was probably doing 55mph. I was very appalled by his manner when driving in public.

This driver is just so careless as he was doing 80 mph on a 50 mph zone. SERIOUSLY ??? He was just so unthoughtful. NEED TO TAKE ACTION ON THIS DRIVER. He was an asian drover with a women sitting in the front and a lottle baby in a car seat at the back. He was driving an audi A3 (S23EKA) he was an asian guy.
